Full Day of Eating: Hangry Hubby Menu

I call this full day of eating the “Hangry Hubby” plan. Does anyone else have one of those? I made this plan for one of our male clients who would typically neglect eating anything until late afternoon, at which time he would devour everything in sight. This client is reversing because the result of these eating habits was being on a chronic calorie roller coaster -- vacillating between days of undereating and days of overeating. The perfect recipe for packing on the pounds. This plan shows that you can hit your macros with easy meals and enjoy a big dinner. As always, adjust portions for your macros.

Full-Day of Eating Menu

Breakfast

1/2 cup oatmeal

1 cup Fairlife milk

1 scoop protein powder

½ banana

Lunch

6 ounces turkey + 2 slices Nature’s Own bread + 1 tablespoon light mayo

Apple

Snack

Barebells Protein Bar

Dinner

Taco Salad: ½ cup 97% lean ground beef + 2 ounces cheddar cheese + 10 tortilla chips + romaine lettuce + grape tomatoes + salsa

Noosa yogurt

Macros: 2010 calories (155 P; 194 C; 61 F; 20 Fiber)
