This is another full day of eating for the ~1500 calorie crowd. It includes Kodiak Cakes, which we love and that you can get at most mainstream grocery stores (including Target). Yes, you can have your pancakes and eat them too (all while losing weight)!

Full-Day of Eating Menu

Breakfast

1 serving Kodiak Cakes + Walden Farm Syrup

1 egg

Coffee w/ 2 tbsps. half and half

Snack

Apple + 1 tbsp. Peanut butter

Lunch

Panera Strawberry Poppyseed Salad

Snack

1 Pineapple Chobani Greek Yogurt

Dinner

4 ozs. Trader Joe’s pre-marinated Carne Asada

4 ozs. Roasted sweet potatoes

Salad: 1 cup arugula + ½ cup cucumbers, ½ cup grape tomatoes, + sweet peppers + ½ tablespoon olive oil + 1 tbsp. Vinegar

Macros: 1564 calories; 96 P; 166 C, 60 F, 25 Fiber
