We ask all of our clients to complete a detailed questionnaire. Your coach will review data and put together a fitness and nutrition plan designed to help you achieve your goals and that fits your lifestyle. Your coach will then check in with you weekly to answer any questions you have, make necessary adjustments to your nutrition and exercise programming, and even give a motivational pep talk when needed! We are alongside you to make changes and customize your plan to keep you progressing toward your goals. .

We customize your workout plan based on the equipment and time you have for working out. Whether this means a gym membership or a few weights at home, your workout plan will be something you can do! We also include a daily step goal in all client plans that can be done without any equipment at all.

Every person and every body is different. The pace at which a person loses weight is mostly based on the current state of that person’s nutrition and workout habits. Clients who are eating in an adequate, healthy calorie ranges and are not over -exercising typically lose about a pound a week after starting the program. Clients who are undereating and/or overexercising must first work on repairing their metabolisms.
