Healthy, Hearty Breakfast Casserole
Makes 8 servings
3, 16 ounce cartons of egg whites
One package of bacon, cooked
1 cup veggies (spinach, kale, peppers and onions, whatever you like . . .)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 cups hasbrowns (400 grams)
Directions: Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour.
