Healthy, Hearty Breakfast Casserole

Makes 8 servings

  • 3, 16 ounce cartons of egg whites

  • One package of bacon, cooked

  • 1 cup veggies (spinach, kale, peppers and onions, whatever you like . . .)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • 2 cups hasbrowns (400 grams)

    Directions: Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour.

Macros: 319 Calories, 34 Protein, 15 Carbs, 13 Fat
