Our Favorite Bulk Protein Recipes
If you think eating a macros-based diet means lots of boring chicken, rice, and broccoli - think again! These are some of our favorite bulk protein recipes from some of our favorite macros bloggers. Make a couple of batches and eat off these all week in a variety of ways (by themselves, in a quesadilla, in a sandwich, with rice, or with a baked sweet potato - the possibilities are endless). Each of these recipes uses lean protein, which means they are high in protein but low in fat. If you have leftovers they freeze well, too.
