Our Favorite Bulk Protein Recipes
If you think eating a macros-based diet means lots of boring chicken, rice, and broccoli - think again! These are some of our favorite bulk protein recipes from some of our favorite macros bloggers. Make a couple of batches and eat off these all week in a variety of ways (by themselves, in a quesadilla, in a sandwich, with rice, or with a baked sweet potato - the possibilities are endless). Each of these recipes uses lean protein, which means they are high in protein but low in fat. If you have leftovers they freeze well, too. As a bonus, they are all already programmed into My Fitness Pal, so tracking will be a breeze. Bon Appetit!
