4th of July Menu

This menu was inspired by the Barefoot Contessa's beach picnic menu, which includes a shrimp salad, a pasta pesto salad, a tomato and feta salad, and lemon cake. We've made it macro-friendly by lightening it up and packing it with a bit more protein. The Barefoot Contessa recommends packing these picnic salads in Chinese Take-Out Containers for easy clean-up.
